Teal Run General Maintenance Association, Inc.

The Board of Directors for the Teal Run General Maintenance Association (TRGMA) sincerely hopes the website will guide and assist you in better understanding the benefit and support you receive with the privilege of home-ownership in a deed-restricted community.

Our Association is a non-profit corporation chartered by the State of Texas for the purpose of providing municipal services and to promote the health, safety and welfare of its residents.  Providing services such as street lighting, landscape maintenance, etc., it also funds maintenance and improvements to common areas, and provides support to its committees through the annual assessments (HOA dues).

Property owners in the Teal Run subdivision are Members of the Teal Run General Maintenance Association and have all voting rights and privileges as provided for in our By-Laws, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (often referred to as the Deed Restrictions) and the Articles of Incorporation.  Each lot has one vote.

The affairs of the TRGMA are managed by a Board of five Directors who are elected to two-year terms by its Members.  These are volunteer positions and no compensation for fulfilling the accompanying position duties is to be expected.  The term expirations are staggered so that new Directors have an opportunity to learn from experienced Directors.  Directors should be familiar with the TRGMA governing documents as well as local, State and Federal laws.

Each homeowner's annual assessment fee is used to support the operating cost of the TRGMA. Annual assessments are due by January 31st of each year and can be paid through a variety of payment options. Please contact the management company for information on the current assessment rate and the payment options available. The current management company for TRGMA is RealManage. RealManage can be reached via phone at 1-866-403-1588 or email at tealrun@ciramail.com.
